I honestly would give them a 10 star rating if it was possible. Daryl and his team went above and beyond to make sure that my pool was ready for a graduation party after dealing with some high levels of CYA. And the whole time they were very professional and kept me up to date with everything they were doing. Honestly I haven’t had that level of customer service in a very long time. I will recommend Blue Crystal Pool Service to anyone who’s looking for having their pools serviced. Thank you to the whole team for taking such great care of my pool!

My experience with Blue Crystal Pool Service has been all positive. Management's response to my service and repair needs has been excellent. Their pool techs are knowledgeable and professional. I especially enjoy the timely notifications through their Pool Trac service reports that keep me informed of each pool visit along with a chemicalwater analysis and any issues with the pool that may need attention.
